By using MedBuddy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
MedBuddy is a study tool for medical licensing exam preparation. Content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Account sharing is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the content. Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems. Don't use the service to harass or harm others.
5. Subscriptions and refunds
Paid features are billed in advance. Subscription terms and refund policy will be finalized before paid features launch and reflected in this document.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of content for any specific exam.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
